This TownHouses Complex is located in Juan Griego, in close proximity of the most beautiful beaches
of the Island; 20 minutes from the Airport and 30 minutes from Porlamar, the Island's largest city. Beaches are only 5 minutes
away by car.
Juan Griego is the oldest village on Margarita Island. It houses the
"La Galera" Fort which was built in 1811 and from the Fort, you can see the Island's most BREATHTAKING
sunsets right into the Caribbean Ocean. In Juan Griego, there are many seaside Restaurants, several shops and Duty Free stores,
a church that was built in 1846 by the priest Nicolás de Igualada, the Simón Bolívar Theatre (the only Theatre on
Margarita Island) which presents the ballet, modern or traditional dances. On the road from Juan Griego to the Airport,
you should not miss the Tacuantar Museum; a small village consisting of typical houses that offers arts and crafts,
nativity scenes exposition and Venezuelan antiques including the "Trapiche"; ancient tool used to extract the
juices from sugar canes.
